You can easily present specific post or posts from a selected category. You can configure layout of those posts:

- Number of posts you want to display
- Order by (date, modification date, random, title, custom…)
- Number of columns (for gallery style)

- Content (Excerpt, Regular content)
- Taxonomy (Categories, Tags…)
